Hump Day :)

Its Wednesday--- the weekend is only 2 days away!
Just to fill you guys in on my workout habits and such... Wednesdays and Saturdays are typically my days off from the gym. I try to stick to 5 days of working out every week. all 5 consist of cardio and usually 2-3 include strength training as well.

Ok so I got my morning started off with good old fashioned oatmeal topped with a tbsp toasted almonds and about 3/4 cup of strawberries
Breakfast totaled about ~300

For my snack between classes I brought along a slice of my pumpkin bread ~100cals I also had extra time after getting out of my math class early and stopped by Starbucks (sorry no picture) & I got a Cafe Misto w/ nonfat milk.

^^ yummm.. its so moist and doughy.. I love it!

Then I ran into the store after class to grab a couple of things..

  • Quorn Chik'n Tenders
  • Boca Burgers
  • 2 Veggie Wraps
  • Greek Yogurt -- I just recently tried this and I fell in love!
  • Bananas
Just so you know.. im not a vegetarian but I do prefer to eat soy/meatless products often. I enjoy them but I have no problem with eating meat/poultry. I just like to mix it up!
So for lunch I of course dug right into my groceries!

I ate the couscous veggie wrap [sorry for the ugly picture! It burst in the microwave!] along with a sliced carrot and some greek yogurt with more strawberries!
The whole lunch totaled a little under ~400 cals

Cute blog!! Congrats on losing 35lbs! When I was 18, I learned how to eat right and lost about 35 lbs as well! Now at 22, its all about keeping it off!

Your veggie wrap looks good! Have you ever had Amy's burrittos....I'm so obsessed, I could eat one every day!

Hey your workout schedule is pretty much the same as mine.
I eat a lot of meatless products too even though i am not a vegetarian. I honeslty like the taste of some of it better, and it has a lot less fat than its meat counterparts.
pumpkin bread is taking over the world.
